How To Earn GCTA Scholarship Points

GCTA Players with 2011 Junior Rankings

Junior players can earn a state ranking from the North Carolina Tennis Association by playing in at least four USTA tournaments and winning at least three matches.  After a player wins three matches the quality of the ranking depends on the number of tournaments, number of wins, and the quality of the tournaments that the player had played in. Junior rankings will be "rolling" beginning January 2001, meaning that they will cover at least 12 months instead of starting over. Final rankings will be published in the NCTA book which comes out in March. Players may check their up to date rankings by going to nctennis.com.
